Powers
Corrosive Blood (superhero): The true source of Toxin's power is her blood. Her blood provides to compounds necessary to create toxic emissions and miasma (see below). However, those are only a fraction of the power of the blood itself. When exposed to an excess of oxygen, the blood will become highly reactive. In other words, any blood that escapes Toxin's body is corrosive. It can eat through a quarter inch layer of steel and skin/muscle in less than ten seconds. More blood is worse obviously, but also the more blood spilt the worse for Toxin as well, because for her, the blood functions as normal blood. It takes the same amount of time to reproduce as normal blood and she needs it to live.
Toxic Emissions (hero): Toxin is able to produce a relatively powerful poisonous substance and secrete it at will, whether this be spitting it out (liquid), sweating it out (liquid), or crying it out (liquid). All poisons are strong enough to induce the effects of a second degree chemical burn. The skin will become painful, burn and sometimes even bubble up. In a single emission, Toxin can only produce a liter's worth of poison. She can produce however many liters she wants in a day, but they must be one at a time. These are produced fairly quickly, with an average of 3 seconds.
Miasma (hero): Toxin is also able to emit poison in a gaseous form. She must breathe it out through her mouth, if her mouth is held shut somehow, she cannot release the miasma. The gas must be breathed out within thirty seconds of production or it will naturally dissipate back into Toxin's body. The miasma is an equally powerful form as her normal emissions but is more dangerous because in addition to damaging the skin, it can also be breathed in. So rather than the skin being burnt and bubbling up, the lungs and throat will be burned and bubble up. The gas takes a total of two minutes produce and a few seconds to breathe out. It can fill the space of a small room. Toxin can only produce this gas once in about every eight hours.
Invulnerable to Poison (sidekick): Naturally, having such incredibly toxic blood makes her immune to poisons in the environment, even when ingested and also gives her a pretty amazing immune system. Toxin could drink a glass full of bleach and be fine. It should be noted, however, that ingesting toxic substances do not give her any extra power or energy.
Skills
Marksmanship (superhero): Toxin is trained very well (by a high level 'dirty work' government agent) in shooting most guns, equally in both hands. Admittedly, Toxin is best with low recoil pistols, followed by rifles, followed by the big guns (but you don't have to aim very much with those).
Hand to Hand (hero): Due to her less athletic profile and average stature, Toxin is by no means at hand to hand combat, but she is still a force to be reckoned with. She was taught what Heidi knew, in other words an odd mixture of many different martial arts styles. What Toxin lacks in skill, she makes up with her abilities. It's hard to spar with someone that keeps throwing poison along with every punch. Toxin is much better at dodging and weaving than she is at getting hits in.

Equiptment
The Twins: A pair of 9mm Glock 17 pistols with a shooting range of 17 yards. These pistols are black with splatters of neon green across them. The only time Toxin doesn't carry them is when she is at work. Then they are stored under the register counter.
Pocket Knife: It's just a normal little pocket knife, unassuming, silver, two and a half inch blade. This is on Toxin at all times as well, including at work.

Weaknesses And Draw Backs
Immunity to Medicine: A draw back of her corrosive blood, Toxin is immune to medicine and many medical procedures because her blood will eat away at anything that enters her body before it has a chance to work. Stitches are dissolved in seconds, scalpels are corroded into useless metal sticks, pills are devoured before the even disperse their medication.
