Powers
Weightless Maneuvering [Sidekick]: Neo can fly at about 20 MPH through the air.
Transmutation [Hero]: Neo can turn into creation lightning and travel up to 100 ft away at a near instant speed.
Creation Magic [Super Hero]: Creation lightning comes from Neo's fingertips, and it gets to work. She can create objects up to the size of a minivan. The bigger the object, the longer it takes. The object can't have any electrical elements, or anything computerized.
Skills
Artist [Non-Combat]: Neo is a natural artist, and she can make beautiful paints very quickly. A speed painter, is a word for it.
Weaknesses And Draw Backs
Daylight: If Neo spends extended periods of time away from the sunlight, she loses the ability to use any of her powers. Anything more than eight hours and she starts to feel effects. 16 hours and she loses her powers.
Water: When she is in contact with water, Neo can't use her Transmutation power.
