Indexing [Civilian]: Many organisms have a computer system modeled on the human brain and nervous system called an neural network. Zeriphens neural network is much more complex than Humans. Making them capable of eidetic memory in which they are able to vividly recall images from memory after only a few instances of exposure, along with that they posses with the ability to index any and all different kinds of information into their very essence (It has been highly debated whether they are stored in hidden neurological pathways or in their soul among Zeriphen scholars) although in Raisel situation he only knows how to use this technique on books and can only be done by skin contact. It works by sending neurological pulses from his fingers in which it scans the book contents and sends back the information. A proper analogy is this skill is similar to that of an X-ray machine that sees bones beneath flesh and muscle. As a combination of his intelligence and racial ability ‘Indexing’ Rasiel possess a vast amount of information and knowledge on all things that he have learned.
Zeriphen Genetic Engineering [Cosmetic]: From generations of genetic modifications Rasiel is essentially ageless. His body stops growing at hundred years of age with Rasiel looking that of an young adult at 25.
Literature Mimicry [Super Hero]: With a literal archives of books within Rasiel he is able to take on traits or powers from any fictional setting or genre. The scope of his capabilities is limited as he does not have the energy to take on the appearance of God like beings or those on the JLA level. But he is able to transform into an WWII solider or even Gandalf. However he can only take on one form at a time and it takes four seconds to change it.
Literature Animation [Super Hero]: Like mimicry Rasiel is able to animate fictional beings or items into existence such as animating Smaug or conjuring a sniper rifle respectively. However he can only have one animated creation in reality and it takes four seconds to animate something from his books. As well not being able to animate objects and characters on par with the JLA or higher.
Skills
Omnilingualism [Non-Combat]: Rasiel has gained knowledge on many languages from books he have read but only know bits of some obscure ones such as dead languages.
Scientist [Super Hero]: Rasiel is one of the top pioneers in the field of science in the world. Having display great understanding in Quantum Physics to Engineering and other branches of science.
Mechanical Intuition [Super Hero]: Rasiel is highly skilled with technology, coming up with algorithms and programming decades beyond current human level of understanding and is always years ahead of the top inventors in the world. Capable of producing very high advance technology such as basic anti-matter, hardlight [Solidified light[, of even tachyon [A quantum field with an imaginary mass.] tech.
Literate [Non-Combat]: Rasiel is very good with books, such as knowing how to take care or repair them. He also have great handwriting and can write very quickly.
Equiptment
Rasiel’s Magical Book Bag: With the combination of technology from Rasiel pod and an canvas bag he had created an book bad that distorts space inside of the bag to create an space bubble where he can only put books inside of it. This is useful when he wants to bring a lot of reading material when he goes to travel.
Bible Style Journals: With same size and thickness of a bible Rasiel carry at least one on him at all times in which he doodles or write important things down.
Weaknesses And Draw Backs
Nerd =/= Jock: Rasiel is indeed smart from books but that does not mean he can execute some of it as he lacks experience. As knowing how to do something and being able to do it are two different things.
Lost in the Pages: Due to the fact he is bringing characters to life he is at risk of fictional personas influencing his actions or overpowering him.
Spray n Pray; While he is capable of producing weapons he might as well be swinging around a bat regardless of any of its powers as he lacks both muscle coordination, memory, and technique. Same with mimicry where he could mimic White Death but his sniper marksmanship will be nowhere close to the original.
