Item Crafter

Here you can post up an app for an item that has been or will be created in character. These do not need to be made by your character though if they are made for someone's character they will be evaluated. If they are combat related or would affect their combat app they will be checked to see if they make the character too strong for their rank. If they do but are acceptable as an item, they will be allowed to say they have it but will not be allowed to use it in combat until their rank upgrades. If they are not combat related they will be simply added onto the combat app's equipment section without issue. These are for items made for characters post the combat app or for upgraded items.
