Characteristics
Personality: Abigail is the truest version of a person who hasn't found themselves. She struggles between the kindness and warmth that her family taught her and the harsh 'me first' training Heidi gave her. This indecision about herself not only leads Abigail to seemingly unpredictable behaviour, but also a deep dislike of herself. Abigail is actually rather sensitive and tends to be a deep thinker. Thus whenever she does something in anger or in the heat of the moment, she later ruminates on it and ends up spinning her mind in circles. This of course, only leads to more anger over her indecision and a greater commitment to her 'fuck it' attitude. Rather than necessarily being a bad person at heart, it might be more appropriate to say that Abigail is hurt and confused. She really only lashes out when provoked, usually. Unfortunately, Abigail gets angered or annoyed very easily. On the outside, Abigail comes off as a person with an inconsistent or unpredictable personality. Sometimes she is nice and cute, others standoffish and sometimes very uncaring and dangerous.
Quirks, Ticks, and Habits: Abigail always seems to have some sort of candy nearby. While she walks around outside never wearing headphones, in her apartment she's always plugged in to some sort of music.
Fears: Bugs, some are worse than others (fruit flies versus spiders for example)
Aspirations: Survival is the main one. Oblivious to it herself, Abigail also have the goal of finding something meaningful in her life. Part of the reason she's so hung up on survival is because she hasn't found anything she would die for yet. Subconsciously, she looks for whatever that thing may be every day.

History: After a whirlwind romance that ended up revealing itself as an intricate con, Abigail was raised only by her maternal side of the family. Her mother, Caitlin, and her roommate/friend Heidi Wineberg, raised Abigail in an apartment they shared rent for. Though Heidi was a bit of a rougher personality, Abigail was raised very happily. At the age of seven, Abigail's mother was killed in a car accident coming home from work. From then on, Abigail went to live with her grandmother Bernice. Only a few years later Abigail was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer in her blood (leukemia). Many treatments were tried and failed. Eventually Abigail and her desperate grandmother turned to an experimental drug treatment. The treatment worked, with a few side effects. Those side effects turned her brown hair and eyes neon green and gave Abigail quite literally toxic powers. She struggled with her new abilities and appearance, her grandmother nurturing her along the way. After one particularly bad day at school of being teased, Abigail wandered around the town instead of coming home early. When she finally made her way back home, it was to find that her grandmother Bernice had been killed in a home robbery. From there on, Heidi Wineberg took in Abigail rather than turning the impressionable young child of fourteen over to the system. Heidi herself was a 'dirty work' government agent. She drilled into Abigail that only the strong survived, it's a dog eat dog world, the only person who's going to look out for you is yourself, etc. Heidi taught Abigail how to fight, how to shoot and how to distrust. Together they worked to get Abigail emancipated, ending up with a GED and a stable job as the training assistant of a well known florist. Abigail said goodbye to Heidi at age sixteen and got her own apartment. They do not keep in touch.
