Personality: Neo loves almost every person in the world. In order to earn her ire, one must work truly hard. She's happy and borderline whimsical, often being confused with an airhead. She chases momentary pleasures as she lives and always goes with the flow. That said, she doesn't intentionally hurt people very often. She loves people, and hopes that everyone can experience life to the best of their ability as they stay on this Earth. It was created to be a paradise, after all!
Neo is very outgoing and outspoken. She'll rally people quickly, and try to make sure everyone is having fun and being friends. She usually doesn't understand why people don't get along, but will do her best to figure it out and fix it.

History
Neo was originally born with a sentence spoken by a powerful being, "Let there be Light," it had said. With that, creation was begun. Formless and thinking her first thoughts, Neo painted the world as it was. The sight was beautiful, and though the project only took a few moments for Neo they felt like eternities. Every mountain was placed with a purpose and every tree had a reason to be there before her. It was the most amazing thing any being could ever experience, and she swears by it.
All good things, though, cannot last. The powerful being kept his projects up. He added to Neo's work until finally the creation of humans were placed in. Neo immediately loved the creatures. They brought her work to life, and gave everything a personality. It was the most beautiful thing she'd ever seen!
As time went on though, Neo started to realize that her own purpose was... obsolete. She had created this playground that all of the other children of the being could play in and mold to their will, but she was stuck on the outside looking in. This extra-planar sea that had no end, doomed to watch all the ongoings of everything and cursed to never experience any of it.
It changed when a sickly child made a wish upon a star, though. She begged the creator to keep her life going and make someone as happy as possible. The powerful being saw a compromise. He gave the body of this otherwise doomed human to his first creation, Neo, thus ending her curse of observation and allowing her to interact with the landscape she had designed so long ago.
