Looks: Miley is 5'2" and weights 120 lbs, she doesn't have super prominent muscles though she is a tad noticeably toned. She has very pale skin and lips that are almost grey in tone color. Her eye color is a pale near white blue and her hair is a faded out blue color that matches the color of her 4 foot long devil tail. Her blood color is a near blue color but is mostly black. She has 3 deep hole scars on the back of her neck right below where her skull begins.

Personality: When left idle Miley tends to be the type to just stare off into space or tends to grab a book and just starts to read it. She more or less believes in letting people come to her on an average day when shes not looking to talk to someone in particular or something along those lines. In relationships Miley has been heavily known to be very territorial, protective, and jealous if she thinks her spouse is trying to get with someone else.
Though she doesn't just go shes spending a lot of time with this other girl so she must be cheating. She more or less goes I question the fact you smell like that girl you were eyeballing either today like she was hanging all over you and you only just saw her, not even met her until the other day. She likes to try and use reason and her abilities to deduce these kinds of thing. One of the main reasons she tends to her heavily territorial with even her friends and loved ones is due to her being mostly afraid to lose them some how, mostly losing them to others in the form of betrayal.
Miley has been known to be kind and to help others from the kindness of her heart. Though actually seeing this is a rare occurrence in public and you are far more likely to see her doing more questionable things to others. To the average bystander she would very much be seen as a monster or a horrible person. She though tends to not care about what others think as long as its not her own loved ones thinking that of her.
Quirks, Ticks, and Habits: She tends to get lost in thought at times, she also tends to hug her own tail like a stuffed animal when sleeping alone though if she fell asleep next to someone she trusts her tail will instinctively try to wrap around their arms. She also seems to have a weird obsession with milk.

History: Miley was born into the Feeconic royal family, or at least she had been raised to believe she was naturally born into the family. Miley had actually been born in a less natural way as a clone of her grandmother who had given birth to her. Though her DNA had been altered to replicate that of a normal Feecon. She having been made this way due to the fact that her parents being physically unable to have children together.
She had a rather decent childhood up until her mother died of a rare sickness. Distraught her father fell into a dark hole of depression that turned into hostility. He started taking it out on his people and then on his young daughter. Though one day one good hit got laid on her and badly damaged her skull and damaged a part of her brain. She though started to gain major bleeding in her head as well.
Panicking her father looked for help and help which came from a member of the kingdom who wanted to get back at the king. He injected Miley with a serum that healed all the damage but placed Miley into a coma while the serum started to kill her slowly by eating away at the heat in her body which was vital for the feeconic body and what gave them the color in their skin and the brightness sin their hair. Her father out of rage executed the man but was left at a loss as to how to save his daughter.
So he called in his mother who happily showed up and injected Miley with a massive dose of a serum with an odd device that repaired her body fully and allowed her body to function the way it should though it could not fix the discoloration in her skin hair and eyes. Before Miley could wake up fully and her father could thank his mother Miley's grandmother killed her father with her smile on her face and told the man that he failed as a parent and son.
Miley soon woke up in her grandmothers how and was shocked to find how alike she and her grandmother looked, and how she herself now looked. She though was explained who her grandmother was and told that she had been saved from her fathers cruelty. She was told that her father had sent the man in to try and kill her for him to push the blame off on another, and that her father had died hating her. Due to how he had been treating her she easily believed her and had begun to be raised under her grandmothers care.
She being taught how to be just as disturbing as her grandmother was and with time found herself enjoying many of the finer darker things in life to do to others as a hobby. She with time started to doubt her grandmothers tale of her father... but she no longer cared due to enjoying the life she had now, far more than the one she once had.
