Miley is a 19 year old genetically engineered full breed demon who was made to be the daughter to the king of the feeconic kingdom and his wife. After her mother died of a rare sickness her father got abusive to her and her people and badly hurt her. After he regretted his actions and tired to find someone to save her. The person he found ended up healing her but put a sickness in her that would slowly kill her while she was in a coma.The king called his mother who made Miley and she saved Miley and healed her fully but then killed the king. She then raised Miley on her own making her just as messed up as she was.

Miley can be found just about anywhere in the US but her home is in Melmont (OC City) Kansas. She can be found reading books, at hospitals, the store (And hardware stores.), the pet store, and quiet places.

Given she likes to read and quiet places how about them having an encounter at a bookstore for extremely rare books? Maybe they have an ancient feeconic tome that they somehow gotten their hands on and Miley goes to look/buy it. Rasiel could hear that they have other rare books and go to check it out.
