Rasiel belongs to a precursor race hailing from the early eons of the universe. He has similar body structure as a typical human with vibrant white hair in a somewhat shaggy look going down to his neck and eyes that give the impression of glittering gold. His frame is akin to an lean form one would see in your average teen bookworm along with a boyish face for his age. To add to his bookish personality he has large frame glasses which he does not need as he has good eyesight but rather their mainly reading glasses so he could be seen without them. He has a rather odd attire being mainly a cerulean blue tunic with black sandals. His height is about 4.9 Ft and weight being 92 Lbs. What differ him from normal humans is his white blood and because of this he has a somewhat albino aparrence.

Rasiel is a bibliophile to the T. He is never seen without a book in his hand or an book bag slung around his shoulder. An extremely avid reader and is very ecstatic on learning new things. Due to this he is very intelligent in the academic field. Despite his intelligence however he has a childlike outlook of life and generally behaves as such. However Rasiel is aware that he is childlike but do not mind the criticism from his peers as he sees the wonders around him and see no reason to participate in the autonomy of adult life.
In social situations Rasiel is very warm to others and will go out of his way to help others. He is cheerful with his friends and any negative emotions is like a myth for him as he never once raise his voice with anger in it. As he prefer to be a foolish optimist than a cynical pessimist. For life is too short to waste wallowing away in gloom.
In relationships Rasiel does show more maturity and kindness however most still find his personality too childish. This does not faze Rasiel as he respects other people's decisions and move on fairly quickly. For those who manage to tolerate his bright atmosphere he is very joyful with his love interest.

Besides his frequent reading he has a habit of drifting off into space and sometimes giggle to himself. His bibliophile personality is also apparent in many things such as having both a permanent copy and a loaner copy of his favorite books, judge other people according to the books they have, spending way too much time thinking about book organization, have multiple copies of the same book, and spend crazy amounts of money on rare books.
Fears: A small fear is anything happening to books such as fearing his book collection might catch on fire or bookstores closing down. Another related fear is book censorship and that the government might burn large quantities of irreplaceable books. Lastly his big fear is llove ones being hurt in anyway.
Aspirations: A minor dream is making the largest book collection but mainly it is discovering the legacy of his long dead race and help make the human race prosper.

History:
Rasiel Oghma was found as an infant in a chrono-locked alien pod buried deep below the ground near boston. Upon discovery by his father archaeological group they examine the strange craft and learn that it kept the occupant suspended in time to not age and corrupted data files that tell that Raisel race was undergoing a great catalyst millions of years ago, in the midst of it Raisel biological parents sent him into the craft to send him to a colony but something knock him off course and Raisel pod was cast adrift and shot into the void between the two galaxies, taking many years for him to transverse the void and crash into earth surface long before humans became sentient. Anything else was corrupted after time. His father team eventually open the pod and out of sympathy he took him home to his wife for adoption who fervently agree as she was barren.
Rasiel would go to have a great childhood under his adoptive parents. When it came to the age where humans normally head into school he was approved to enroll into the education system. Whether it’s his racial abilities or innate prodigy Rasiel has shown to be extremely smart even for an young child and will lead a successful streak across his school years To honor student and on average winning in the top three in chess tournaments. When it was time to head into High School Rasiel took his education more seriously and devoted himself to the scientific field which by living in the largest concentration of life science researchers in the nation, and is also sparking broader innovation Rasiel thrived. During High School he spent his free time on the speed train to travel the nation to learn new things which only heightened when heros began to pop up that allure to Rasiel curiosity.
