Rasiel Oghma is an seventeen year old Zeriphen who crashed landed in chronolocked pod as a infant many millions of years ago from the Andromeda Galaxy. Since he left his pod he grew into a bright young man deeply invested in books and academic studies.
Where to Find
All across the states in search of new books and learning new things. He'll be seen in historical/cultural areas, bookstores, meuseums, and science conventions. His home is located in Greater Boston area in Massachusetts.

hmmm well we could either have him meet her via civili mode or hero mode, in civili she would likely be doign a music thing while in hero she would have just finished off some badies. would would you prefeer?

I like the idea of them meeting each other when they were civilians. I could see him going to her music things as he never heard dark metal before and figured it would be a interesting experience.

I would say Boston as Rasiel would be a bit too young to ride the train by himself (As he is a civilian thus can't mimic his own transportation) and Jenny could be at Boston spreading her music reputation.
